A supportive 6-week somatic group coaching series for women ready to slow down, regulate stress, and rebuild energy from the inside out. This is not a talk-about-it program. This is a practice-it program. Get immediate relief through breathwork and grounding. Session 2 — Protecting Your Energy & Boundaries Identify your energy drains, learn simple boundary strategies, and release tension through self and lymphatic massage. Session 3 — Nervous System Reset & Healthy Routines Understand how stress affects your nervous system and build one small sustainable habit using breathwork and Yin/Qi Gong flow. Session 4 — Limiting Beliefs & Burnout Patterns Explore the mindset patterns keeping you in stress cycles — perfectionism, people-pleasing, inability to rest — and meet them with compassion through inner child imagework. Session 5 — Reconnecting With What Matters Rediscover what gives you energy and meaning, and what feels draining or misaligned — with gentle movement and heart-opening practices. Session 6 — Clarity & Next Steps Integrate everything and vision your path forward — without burning out again. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule: minimum 48 hours notice required. Cancellation: minimum 48 hours notice required. Late changes (24–48 hours before session): 50% fee applies. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of session fee is charged — non-refundable. Emergencies (illness, family crisis): handled with compassion — please reach out as early as possible.
