Service Description
A focused EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session working directly with your nervous system to release stress, anxiety, and the emotional weight that sits beneath burnout. Available at a reduced rate while I complete my advanced EFT certification. Fully tailored to what you are carrying right now.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule: minimum 48 hours notice required. Cancellation: minimum 48 hours notice required. Late changes (24–48 hours before session): 50% fee applies. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of session fee is charged — non-refundable. Emergencies (illness, family crisis): handled with compassion — please reach out as early as possible.
