Not sure where to start? This is where the RISE journey begins. The free 45-minute Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what's going on for you right now, and see whether RISE coaching is the right fit — for you, and for us. There's no pressure and no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about where you are, what you're carrying, and what kind of support might help. In this call we'll explore: • What's bringing you here — stress, burnout, feeling stuck, or something else • What you're hoping to change or create in the next 3–6 months • Whether the RISE program (3 or 6 months) feels like the right next step • Any questions you have about how coaching works with me This call is for you if: • You're a high-achieving professional who's functioning but quietly exhausted • You're curious about burnout coaching but not sure if you're 'burnt out enough' • You want to understand what working together actually looks like before committing You don't need to have it all figured out to show up. Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule: minimum 48 hours notice required. Cancellation: minimum 48 hours notice required. Late changes (24–48 hours before session): 50% fee applies. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of session fee is charged — non-refundable. Emergencies (illness, family crisis): handled with compassion — please reach out as early as possible.
