The Healing Sessions:

EFT Tapping
A private EFT tapping session to address anxiety, calm your nervous system, and shift stuck emotional patterns. Online or in person.
45 minutes · €75
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while speaking to particular thoughts, feelings, or fears, EFT helps interrupt the stress response and release stuck emotional patterns. It works directly with the nervous system — which is why shifts can happen quickly, even in a single session.
EFT is particularly effective for anxiety, worry, and racing thoughts that feel hard to switch off. It's useful when you're overwhelmed before a difficult event or conversation, feeling emotionally reactive or stuck, or processing stress from work or relationships. If your mind keeps returning to the same loop and talking about it isn't shifting it, EFT works differently — through the body rather than the thinking mind.
We begin with a short conversation about what you'd like to work on. From there, I'll guide you through the tapping sequence — you follow along, tapping on the same points as me. There's nothing you need to prepare or know in advance. Most people feel noticeably calmer by the end of the session. No prior experience needed.

Yin Yoga
A private Yin Yoga session helps release deep tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body — tailored to what you need on the day.
60 minutes · €80
Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin holds postures for three to five minutes to release connective tissue, calm the parasympathetic nervous system, and restore a sense of groundedness. It's a slow, quiet practice — but don't let that fool you. Yin works deeply, reaching the layers of tension that more active movement can't access. Each session is tailored to what your body needs on the day.
Yin Yoga is particularly well suited to chronic stress and burnout recovery — especially if you find it hard to relax or switch off. It's useful for releasing physical tension held in the hips, lower back, and shoulders from long hours at a desk, and for rebuilding a somatic self-care practice when you've lost touch with your body. If rest alone doesn't restore you, Yin gives your nervous system the kind of regulated stillness it's been craving.
Each session begins with a short conversation about how you're feeling and what your body needs. From there, I'll guide you through a sequence of floor-based postures, held for several minutes each, with breathwork woven throughout. You don't need any yoga experience — just comfortable clothes and a willingness to slow down. Sessions take place at the studio in Berlin Mitte.

ImageWork
A private ImageWork session — guided imagery that works directly with the unconscious mind to access insight, process emotion, and support lasting change. In person or online.
60 minutes · €110
ImageWork is a powerful form of guided imagery developed by Dr Dina Glouberman. Unlike talk therapy, it bypasses the analytical mind and works through image, metaphor, and felt experience — allowing change to happen at a deeper level than thinking alone can reach. You don't need to visualise clearly or have any prior experience. The process meets you exactly where you are.
ImageWork can be used for inner child healing — compassionately revisiting and healing past experiences — as well as grief and loss, decision making when logic alone isn't enough, vision setting for your future direction, and preparation for high-stakes moments like exams, presentations, or difficult conversations. It's particularly powerful for people who feel stuck in a way that talking about it hasn't shifted.
We begin with a short conversation about what you'd like to explore. I'll then guide you into a relaxed state and through an imagery journey — you speak aloud what you notice as it unfolds. There's no right or wrong way to experience it. Sessions can bring up emotion, so we always close with time to ground and integrate what arose. For first-time clients or more complex themes, a 90-minute session is recommended. I may also suggest a brief alignment call before we begin.
