5S:

- Social Connection: Stay linked with loved ones through virtual meetups or calls, nurturing a supportive network.

- Self-Care: Ensure ample vitamin D intake with supplements, particularly during the darker months.

- Sunlight: Soak in natural light by spending time outdoors during the early morning and daylight hours.


5E:

- Eat Well: Savor a balanced diet, rich in nutrients for mental and physical health.

- Exercise: Energize with regular physical activity, be it a brisk walk, yoga, or a quick HIIT session.

- Environment Setup: Brighten your home with light therapy and welcome the positivity of plants.

- Eco Therapy: Immerse yourself in nature, basking in its therapeutic benefits.

- Emotional Regulation: Recognize the importance of emotional regulation. Embrace therapy, journaling, and meditation to navigate and regulate emotions effectively.
